The reading for this class is self directed. You can see there are multiple books listed. I highly recommend picking two that you can read in conjunction with this course material.
LECTURES:
Introduction to Agile Leadership
This 2o minute video gives an overview of leadership agility and the the mindset shifts needed to grow in this area.
Rate Your Agility
This 10 minute video walks you through the Agility Scorecards and the process of rating your personal agility as a leader as well as the agility of your organization. Once we see where we are at, we can begin to figure out where we need to go and next steps.

Tod Bolsinger -
Dr. Tod Bolsinger is a professor at Fuller Seminary in California and is the author of one of the textbooks for this class Canoeing The Mountains.
Donna Harris -
Dr. Donna Harris is president of Minnehaha Academy here in Minneapolis. For those not from this area, the school experienced a major explosion a few years ago. Fortunately, it was in the summer so not too many students were on campus, but two staff members died and many were injured. Dr. Harris led with incredible agility through that crisis.
Dwight Zscheile -
Dr. Dwight Zscheile is the VP of Innovation at Luther Seminary which is also here in St. Paul. He has taught on this subject and has coached leaders from all over the country when it comes to adaptive change. He is the author of the text book you are invited to read this week Agile Church.
