Non-Anxious Leadership

Courage to Lead.jpg

This practical webinar offers a framework that will help you as you lead in this unprecedented time of uncertainty, recognizing that leadership is increasingly an emotional process, rather than a cognitive phenomenon.

The first part of the session will deal with working through your own anxiety and offers a check-list for non-anxious self-care.  Anxiety is contagious, but so is courage!

Part two will take you through leading others during anxious times consistently and effectively.  A check list for non-anxious leadership is included.

And finally, we give you a series of discussion questions that you can take into your own leadership settings.

Get ready to be on the path to become a well-differentiated, non-anxious leader!

J.D. O'Brien
Out in the Cold is the debut feature from documentarian J.D. O’Brien. Growing up, J.D. almost always had a musical instrument in his hand and a new story to tell his friends. In his twenties, he discovered that filmmaking was an even better medium for his stories than music. He attended the Documentary Filmmaking School at the University of the Nations in Harpenden, England, where he won the award for Best Director in his class. Since then, he has returned home to Minnesota, where he spends his time working on short films, commercials, live sports broadcasts, stand up paddle boarding and brewing his own beer.
