"Emotional Intelligence" easily beats "Intellectual Intelligence" when it comes to leadership. In order to lead people well we need to engage our emotions for the good of our leadership. We have many processes to help us grow intellectually and at times we fail to put as much intention into growing our emotional intelligence.

This webinar will discuss the E.I. Competencies and offer tools to train others in growth in this area as well.

We’ll look at how behaviors, words and non-verbals that are manifested because of emotions impact others and vice versa.

You’ll learn how to be more aware of your emotions and reactions, be more intentional in how you respond and be more purposeful as you move forward.

If you’re looking for ways to increase your personal and social competence this is a great place to start.

J.D. O'Brien
Out in the Cold is the debut feature from documentarian J.D. O’Brien. Growing up, J.D. almost always had a musical instrument in his hand and a new story to tell his friends. In his twenties, he discovered that filmmaking was an even better medium for his stories than music. He attended the Documentary Filmmaking School at the University of the Nations in Harpenden, England, where he won the award for Best Director in his class. Since then, he has returned home to Minnesota, where he spends his time working on short films, commercials, live sports broadcasts, stand up paddle boarding and brewing his own beer.
